We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products. Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory or order process. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be notified as soon as possible if this occurs. Your refund will be returned to the credit card used to pay for the order. We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Acculab is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
No refund will be provided for damaged, lost or stolen shipments. If a product is deemed defective by Acculab, we will replace the product at no charge to you.
Refunds for returned products will not be provided no matter the circumstance. Refunds may be granted for cancelled orders, if the product has
not been shipped. A 10% refund processing charge will be deducted from your refund should your request to cancel the order be granted. Please see our
