We do not accept any responsibility for shipping delays from any of our couriers once the shipment has been picked up from our warehouse. The rates and time in transit comes directly from the courier, our company does not put the rates in effect nor do we have control once the courier has picked up the package. Please be advised the day of pickup is not considered part of the shipping timeframe. Orders will not be shipped out on weekends or holidays. Orders will only be fulfilled Monday to Friday.
